Local Dignitaries, business leaders, and community residents gathered recently to celebrate the opening of Newbury Village’s Grand Coach Home section. These single level luxury living condominiums are totally unique and the first of their kind in the area.

What impressed folks at the ribbon-cutting ceremony most was that despite the slow economy, the first phase of Coach Homes at the Grand is over 50% sold out before the model was even completed– a huge testament to the thoughtful design of these homes and their appeal among buyers. Deposits are actively being taken now for the remaining units in the first phase. The second phase with delivery dates in early 2013 will be opening soon.

The Grand Model Home is now open. There are three beautiful floor plans ranging in size from 1444 to 1700 sq ft. Prices start in the low $300’s.
